Admission Procedure

The management reserves to itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school.

Pupils seeking admission may be tested on the syllabus of the class/standard below the one to which they seek admission.
Bonafide students from any recognized schools of any board may seek admission to the school.
An Admission Number is issued to the pupil at the time of admission into the school. This Admission Number remains unchanged till the pupil leaves the school. Parents are requested to keep a record of the Admission Number and it has to be quoted for any official matters such as for Bonafide Certificates, Transfer Certificates or any other official letters.

One recent Passport Size photograph (colour) of the child.
Copy of the Birth Certificate with Child’s name on it. Without Name, the Birth Certificate will not be accepted & Registration will become null & void.
Copy of the Child’s Aadhaar Card (if available).
Original Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner (at least MBBS).
Copy of the Vaccination Card of the child.
Copy of the Report Card of the other child if studying in St. Patrick’s Academy, Meerut to get sibling points.
Copy of Caste Certificate, if belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
For Christian candidates, copy of the Baptismal Certificate should also to be attached.
Provisional TC or Bonafide Certificate from the present School / any proof of present School & class.
Proof of Residence Address: Aadhaar Card of parents / Electricity bill / BSNL telephone bill / Water Bill / Passport/ Voter I-card/ Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents (ANY ONE).
Adhar Card of the parents (MANDATORY)
