It has been said and believed since long that for any great work to be done, it is important to have right foundation. It forms the platform on which the future stands. Our founder late Mr. Mahendra Singh recognised the importance of humbly acknowledging our dependence on God.He understood that a success of our school is intricately connected to aligning ourselves in the God’s purpose. The main motto of of him was to provide “Education for all” which encouraged the staff of St. James’s Church School to use all of its potential for the betterment of the society. Late Mr. Mahendra Singh was born in a small town Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar District in the year 1950. Life for him was full of challenges from the very early days of life. He did his early education from St. Paul’s Church School Khatauli. He did his 12th from St. John’s Inter College Agra. After completing his 12th he moved to Meerut in search of job. At a very young age of 18 in the year 1968 he started his job at St. John’s Sr. Sec. School, Meerut under the leadership of Rev. C.H. Herbert. By the grace of God and through his hard work he established two schools in Kanker Khera, Meerut, St. James’s School and St. James’s Church School. He had a vision of imparting high quality education to the students. On 26th January 2020 he left all of us for heavenly abode leaving his legacy behind for his family and for the society. He taught us to live life in a simplest way and help who are in need.
