Fee Payment Due Date

  • You may pay the entire year’s fee in one attempt, term-wise, or monthly. No other fee breakup is allowed.
  • If you are paying fees monthly, then they should be submitted at the beginning of the month between the 1st to 10th.

Modes of Payment

Please follow these instructions to submit your ward’s school fee –

    1. Please make every transaction only on a working day, not on holidays and before closing time (02:00 PM).
    2. There are four ways to submit your ward’s fee on time.
    3. Choose UPI over other modes & there will be no extra taxes on any fee installment.
    4. It is important to check the specific instructions provided by the school.

  • Through cash-

    5. Please visit the school’s administration office during working hours.
    6. Submit the appropriate amount to the cash counter & make sure you collect your fee receipt.

  • Through School Application:

    7. In the school app you can pay your ward’s fee through any payment mode i.e. UPI, Credit Card, Debit card or Net Banking.
    8. Download St. James Church School app from the Google Play Store.

    9. Enter a username that is the student’s ID/Admission four-digit number provided by the school administration. (Mentioned on fee receipt)
    10. Password is your child’s birth date in the following order: DD/MM/YYYY and login into the app.
    11. Click on:
    Fee>
    Pay your fee online>
    Select Installment>
    Enter email address>
    Choose Payment mode>
    Pay Using UPI ID/VPA>
    Enter your UPI ID>
    Your name will appear automatically>
    Click on Pay Now>
    Accept the payment in your UPI app>
    Done>
    12. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a receipt via email and on the app itself.

  • Through UPI –

13. Confirm your ward’s total due fee from the account office.

15. Once the transaction is complete, share your transaction receipt Number/ unique transaction ID
16. Fee receipt will be shared with your WhatsApp after confirmation of the transaction.

  • Through QR code-

    18. Scan the following QR Code & make a payment

19. Once the transaction is complete, share your transaction receipt (with reference id/ UTR Number/ unique transaction id) to the school’s admin office.
20. Fee receipt will be shared to your WhatsApp after confirmation of the transaction.

Payment Rules

  • You may pay the entire year’s fee in one attempt, term-wise, or monthly. No other fee breakup is allowed.
  • If you are paying fees monthly, then they should be submitted at the beginning of the month between the 1st to 10th.
  • Once paid, fees will not be refunded in part or full. Parents will be liable to pay the difference/excess amount in case of fee revision.
  • Full-term fees will be charged in case of withdrawal or admission in the middle of a term.
  • Students will not be allowed to appear for the examination unless all the dues have been cleared before its commencement.
  • No student will be permitted to begin a new term unless all the arrears due on his/her account have been cleared before the commencement of the term.
  • Parents must accept this rule and no ‘argument’ will be entertained by defaulter parents.
  • If the fee is paid after the due date, a late fine of Rs.20 per day will be charged till the date of payment. A fine of Rs.20 per day to be charged from 11th May to 20th May and from 21st to 31st July, October, January. The student’s name will be struck off the rolls on non-payment from the 21st of May and the 1st of August, November, and February.
